Facemaker

 I found this site FaceMaker and thought it was pretty cool.  It's great for working up a profile picture of your characters.  Here's one I did of myself (there wasn't a mustache option..drat!).

    It's probably the best online portrait software I've run across--a nice balance between aesthetics and usability.
